🔔課程規範與安排

持牌專業教練：由持牌PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry)專業教練進行指導

小班教學：每班僅限 十人。教練將根據過往教學經驗及早指導動作並即時修正
需要滿人開課，人數不足將會按需要調整課堂價錢或取消活動

時間：1800-1950

場地： 八個 (one court)

提供裝備：現場提供球拍借用服務(需及早揚聲～）

多球訓練及多種訓練工具：提供多球訓練系統，務求短時間內加深肌肉記憶，另外提供多種訓練工具如目標網，雪糕筒等

實戰模擬：每堂課將包含90分鐘的針對性訓練，教練在旁即時指導技巧運用
最後加入30分鐘的實戰訓練

服裝建議：請穿著運動服及合適運動鞋，並自備水壺與毛巾。

要留意嘅位 Notes

1. 報名與留位 Registration
● 報名request後，如狀態為confirmed, 請盡快付款確認位置 First come first served upon payment
● 如狀態為confirmed 後48小時內未能付款預留位置，將會排入已報名requested或候補 waitlisted If payment is not made within 48 hours, your will be moved to 'requested' or 'waitlisted' status again.
● 如報名已full，將會排入已報名requested或候補 waitlisted，兩種狀態下請暫時不要付款，狀態為confirmed才付款 If your registration is full, you will be placed in the "requested" or "waitlist" queue. Please do not pay in either of these states. Only pay when the status is "confirmed".


2. 缺席及取消 Cancellation Policy
● 因室內場地需預訂，任何退款如沒有人補上將不獲考慮
● 任何缺席或臨時取消將不設退款 No refund for no-show or late cancellation

3. 因天氣或場地取消安排
● 如當天天氣惡劣或無法使用場地，將盡快於Reclub中公佈取消/延期/退款等事宜，主辦方將保留一切決定權
In the event of inclement weather or unavailability of the venue on the day of cancellation, postponement, or refund, the organizer will announce the cancellation/postponement/refund details on Reclub as soon as possible. The organizer reserves all rights to make the final decision.

4. 免責聲明 Disclaimer
●參加者明確知悉匹克球運動具有導致受傷的潛在風險（包括但不限於跌倒、碰撞、過度勞累或突發性疾病）。主辦方（含全體工作人員）對參加者在活動期間發生的任何身體受傷、致殘、死亡或財產損失，均不承擔任何法律與經濟賠償責任。Participants acknowledge that pickleball carries a potential risk of injury (including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, or sudden illness). The organizer (including all staff) shall not be liable for any legal or financial compensation for any bodily injury, disability, death, or property damage incurred by participants during the event.

●參加者參與活動即代表同意其參與行為純屬自發，且已自行評估身體狀況足以應對活動強度。若因任何原因（包含主辦方過失或第三方行為）導致之損害，參加者及其家屬同意放棄對主辦方提起任何訴訟或追討賠償之權利。
By participating in the activity, participants agree that their participation is entirely voluntary and that they have assessed their own physical condition as sufficient to handle the activity's intensity. Participants and their families agree to waive their right to bring any lawsuit or seek compensation from the organizer for any damages caused by any reason (including negligence on the part of the organizer or the actions of a third party)..
