�📝 How to Join
1. Request to join the session
2. Once waitlisted, settle your payment
3. Upload your receipt (Payment tab or chat) payment via Gcash to Marc Ceasar Roslinda (09101573665)
4. Wait for admin approval
5. If slots are full, your payment can be applied to a future session or will be refunded�
🔁 Cancellation Policy
1.) No refunds for cancellations
2.) You may transfer your slot to a waitlisted player, or a substitute player of your choice
3.) You are responsible for collecting payment directly from the replacement
player
4.) Admin must be informed of:
• The cancellation, and
• The replacement player
5.) Deadline: 12:00 noon on the day of play
6.) Admin will update the roster once confirmed
7.) Replacements are only valid after admin approval
