Drill Start
🕕 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Ball Warm Up

* Dink (10 mins)
* Volley Control (10 mins)
* Return (10 mins)

🕡 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM |
🕢 7:15 PM – 8:00 PM | Game Play

Try to use what we learned today during the games.

* Keep the volley controlled
* Choose when to block or attack
* Stay ready for the next ball
* Make better decisions at the net
