To keep everything smooth and fair for everyone, please refer to the following guidelines:

HOW TO BOOK
1. Tap “Request to Join”. Slots are for 10 pax
2. Once a slot is available, proceed to pay the Open Play fee GCash: 09175305804
3. Send proof of payment in the “Payments” tab
4. Sit tight - we’ll confirm your slot shortly 💚

FRIENDLY REMINDERS
1. For easier tracking, we’re unable to acknowledge payments via chat, comments, or DM
2. Requests without payment will stay on the waitlist until payment is received
3. Slots are confirmed once payment is submitted and approved.
4. Please wait for slot availability before sending payment.
5. For Open Play, each player registers and pays individually.

PAYMENT POLICY
1. Open Play Fee is fixed per session
2. Fees are non- refundable once the session begins
3. Unclaimed slots may be released 30 minutes after the session starts

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 12 hours before the session start time.
2. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable. This helps us offer the slot to players on the waitlist and keep OP running smoothly.

STACKING
1. We’re happy to allow stacking with friends, when the session is not full and there’s no queue.

No queue
= no one is waiting for their turn to play
= a game ends and any available 4 players can immediately go on court

WALK-INS
1. Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available; pre-booked players are prioritized
