DinQaDa Open Play Rules

1. Only Confirmed Players May Participate
● Only players with a confirmed status are allowed to play.
● If your status is Waitlisted or Requested, please wait for confirmation before joining.
● Players without confirmation will not be permitted to play.

2. Electronic Open Play System
● We are now using an electronic Open Play (OP) system. Paddle stacking is no longer practiced.
● Please arrive on time and be ready to play when called.
● Court assignments and player groupings are automatically generated by the system, and late arrivals may disrupt the schedule and waste court allocations.

3. Maintain a Friendly and Respectful Environment
● Open Play is intended to be a fun, friendly, and inclusive experience for everyone.
● While healthy competition is encouraged, please be mindful of other players and maintain good sportsmanship at all times.

4. Payment Before Play
● All payments must be settled before entering the court and participating in play. Please prepare exact amount.

5. Cancellation and Attendance Policy
● Please notify us at least 3 hours before the Open Play session if you are unable to attend so that we can accommodate players on the waitlist.
● Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will be considered a no-show (flaker), and you will not be permitted to participate in the next Open Play session.
