To keep the games balanced and enjoyable, please register only if your skill level is within the Advanced Beginner to High Novice range. Let’s play with players of a similar level and keep the games fair, friendly and fun for everyone. 💜

⚠️ DISCLAIMER & REGISTRATION POLICY

• Non-Refundable but Transferable: All registration fees are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another eligible Advanced Beginner to High Novice player. Please inform the organizers no later than November 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM. No slot transfers will be accepted after this deadline.

• Injuries: Players participate at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical expenses incurred during the event. Please warm up properly and play responsibly.

• Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables. The organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

🌧️ WEATHER POLICY

Rain alone will not be a reason to cancel or reschedule the event, as the court has a roof. The event will proceed as scheduled unless the organizers determine that weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances make playing unsafe. In such cases, any necessary changes will be announced by the organizers.

💜 Come for the game, stay for the friendship! See you on the court, Club Chaos fam! 🏓🎉

Why this weather wording is better: It makes it clear that rain alone will not cancel the event, so players won’t expect a refund or rescheduling just because of rain. However, if conditions become unsafe or an unforeseen situation requires cancellation, the organizers can still make the necessary decision.
