📝Important Meet Rules and Reminders

1. Registration Process: Request to Join → Waitlisted → Payment via GCash → Confirmed. Your slot is secured only upon confirmation.

2. Onsite Payment Limit: Onsite payments are limited to 50% of the total playing capacity. Slots are subject to availability.

3. Respect Your Commitment: Let us avoid making no-shows a habit in our pickleball community. If your request to join is confirmed, please honor your commitment and show up. If something unexpected happens and you can no longer attend, have the courtesy to inform the host as early as possible. Responsible players help the pickleball community grow and thrive.

4. Slot Forfeiture and Payment Policy: Forfeiting, giving up, or failing to attend your confirmed slot does not automatically exempt you from payment obligations. Players who choose onsite payment are still expected to pay even if they fail to show up or withdraw after confirming their attendance. Promising to pay onsite is a commitment, not an option to avoid payment. Once a slot is confirmed, players are expected to honor their financial commitment.
