🔄 STACKING & PLAYER MATCHING

Stacking is managed by PickleQ, an online platform designed to organize games and create balanced matchups.

🎲 Partners are randomly paired through PickleQ
⭐ Pairings are based on player ratings to help create balanced games
📱 PickleQ manages the stacking and player rotation

🚫 Please do not rearrange or change the PickleQ-generated stacking.

This keeps the games organized, gives everyone a fair rotation, and allows the system to manage matchups based on the players' ratings.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

• No refunds. If you can no longer attend, you may request to be moved to another available session.
Please make sure you're available before paying.

• Replacement players must be approved by an admin.
