Our goal is simple: play, sweat it out, and have fun together.

Red Hot Chili Pickles is a beginner-friendly community that encourages players of all levels while keeping the environment supportive, respectful, and fun.

📌 HOW TO JOIN

1️⃣ Tap JOIN MEET on the event.
2️⃣ Pay the fee via GCash:

Make sure there’s an available slot on the CONFIRMED list before paying.
3️⃣ Send your proof of payment via ReClub chat.
4️⃣ Wait for confirmation before heading to the courts.

Your slot is officially secured once payment is verified.

Slots are intentionally limited to ensure everyone enjoys maximum play time and fair rotations.

💸 CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE

• Slots are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

• If you’re unable to attend for any reason, you’re welcome to sell or transfer your slot to another player. You may post on the event meet to look for takers or seek assistance from the admins. Please inform the admins once your replacement has been confirmed.

🌧️ WEATHER

• Play Sessions will generally proceed as scheduled. We will only cancel if the venue closes or the courts become unplayable or inaccessible.

• If you decide it’s not safe to travel due to the weather, you may sell or transfer your slot in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

⚠️ SESSION REMINDERS

• We follow a paddle stacking system to keep games rotating smoothly and fairly.
• Official game balls will be provided. Please keep your personal balls in your bag to avoid mix-ups.
• Wear proper court shoes and comfortable sportswear.
• Kindness and respect always come first.
• Play hard, have fun, and support your fellow players, especially beginners.
• Mistakes are part of learning. These Play Sessions are about improving your game, meeting new friends, and enjoying pickleball together.
• Be honest. We play to have fun and de-stress from our everyday routines. Please call scores accurately and make fair line, fault, and kitchen calls.
