KIDS OPENPLAY with TSC KIDS

PROGRAM
• 1 hour instructional facilitated by Coach Rnell Arsenal
• 1 hrs games

WELCOME TO TSC KIDS!
• Must have had pickleball clinic in past and can play a standard game
• Must be accompanied by an adult on courtside at all times
• must have own paddle
• bring water, extra tshirt and light snacks (and meds if the child has especially for asthma or any cardiac conditions)
• if child has cough or colds, we advise child to recover before joining these sessions.

Any child or parent who has enlisted their child in our KIDS OPENPLAY SESSION that have read this is automatically in agreement to the terms below:

The activities undertaken at the TSC KIDS OPENPLAYS can be physically challenging and dangerous, and include but are not limited to suddent burst of energy, sprinting, and lateral movements which is a part of playing the sport pickleball:

There is a risk of injury associated with participation in openplay events, for the reason it is a requirement to have the child having gone through a pickleball training or clinic in the past and knows the basics of the game rules and regulations.

Following the safety standards minimises these risks however they cannot be completely eliminated.

Participation in activities and use of facilities at Rocket Pickleball is ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK.

I hereby acknowledge and accept that the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Children’s participation in the activities at any Openplay event under the Thirdshotcrew Cebu Pickleball Club, including indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in this disclaimer shall be construed as limiting or excluding the Organiser’s
liability for:
(a) death or personal injury which arises as a consequence of the Organiser’s negligence, or the negligence of the Organiser’s staff; or
(b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for the Organiser to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.

🤝AGREEMENT🤝

I agree to the Children being photographed and / or to be included in the filming of imagery recording the sessions and / or to be included in sound recordings of the sessions.

I hereby waive any and all rights of publicity or privacy and hereby grant to the Organiser the full and complete permission and authority to utilise my appearance in the Event in all manners and media.
