2) Grip & Posture
3) Forehand & Backhand
4) Target Practice

🔄 Depending on the Week

🕰️ 2nd Hour 
1) Serve & Return
2) Drop & Dink
3) Volley & Reset
4) Smash & Lob

🕰️ Includes 120 minutes of learning and training. We will provide personalized tips and roadmap for continuous improvement after the session.
