THE PICKLE HOUSE

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT REMINDERS

To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following house rules:

1. GUEST CAPACITY
Your booking is for a maximum of 16 guests. If you wish to add day-tour or sleeping guests, please inform us in advance for approval. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 19 guests, subject to additional fees. The 19-guest maximum is strictly observed to ensure everyone's comfort, properly maintain the property and amenities, and allow us to prepare accordingly. We also conduct a guest headcount upon check-in and during the stay, so please make sure all additional guests are declared.

2. PARKING
Our property can ccommodate up to 5 vehicles.
If you will be bringing more than 5 vehicles, please inform us in advance so we can arrange additional parking at a nearby paid parking area.

3. NO EV CHARGING
Electric vehicle charging is not allowed at the property.

4. PETS
We allow up to 3 small pets.
A one-time P500 pet fee applies, which covers the additional cleaning required, including vacuuming and removal of pet hair. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.

5. 10:00 PM OUTDOOR NOISE CURFEW
Outdoor speakers, loud music, and excessive noise are not allowed after 10:00 PM in consideration of our neighbors.
You may continue using music or karaoke inside the house, provided that the doors and windows are closed so that the noise does not disturb the surrounding area.

6. CARETAKER & GROCERIES
Our caretaker will assist you with check-in only, after which she will leave the property.
We strongly recommend purchasing all necessary groceries, food, drinks, charcoal, and other supplies before arriving, as the stores are not within walking distance and our caretaker does not have a vehicle.
If you need our caretaker to purchase something for you, there is a P300 service fee, which covers her transportation and tricycle rental.

7. PICKLEBALL COURT LIGHTS
The court lights may remain on until 12:00 AM.
They are on an automatic timer and will switch off at midnight.
Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

8. NO SMOKING INDOORS
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including all bathrooms/CRs. Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

9. NO SHOES INSIDE
Please remove your shoes before entering the house to help us keep the floors clean.

10. KEEP DOORS CLOSED
Please keep doors and windows closed while the air-conditioning is running. This helps keep the rooms cool and prevents excessive energy consumption, allowing us to maintain our rates reasonably.
