1. Cancellations made within 24 hours before the event will not be accepted.
2. All payments are non-refundable. However, your paid slot may be transferred to another player on the waitlist. Please inform the host beforehand if you wish to transfer your slot.
3. Cash payments are welcome, but we ask everyone to honor their reserved slots. If you can’t make it, please inform us at least 5 hours before the play and find a replacement. Otherwise, payment for the reserved slot is still required.
