PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

📌Payment Rules
• First-time players: Payment is required before your spot is accepted.
• Regulars (3+ meets): You may pay onsite, provided you notify the hosts in advance.
📌Cancellations
• Cancel 12hrs before: Full refund
• Cancel within 12hrs: Non-refundable, unless you find a replacemenr player to fill your slot.
📌No-Shows: Players who do not show up are still required to pay.
📌No Refunds During Meet: Once the session starts, no refunds will be issued (including unexpected brownouts or unforseen venue issues unless stated otherwise)

PAIRINGS & SCORING
📌Fixed Pairs: Allowed for NON-DUPR meets only.
📌Open Rotation: All other players will be placed in a standard roation.
📌In case of a slide: Race to 12 only

📌Please bring your own ball.
