📝 Registration & Payment

How to Join

1. Request to join the meet.
2. Wait until your status changes to *Waitlisted*.
3. Once waitlisted, settle your payment using the details below.

4. Upload your proof of payment under the **Payment** tab or send it in the meet chat.
5. Once your payment has been verified, you'll be moved to the **Confirmed Players** list.

Important Reminders

* Your slot is *only confirmed after payment verification*.
* *First come, first served.*
* *Please wait until you're marked as WAITLISTED before making any payment.*
* Payment must be completed **at least 48 hours before the event**. Unpaid slots may be released to players on the waitlist.

❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

*No refunds* will be issued for cancellations.

If you're unable to attend, you may:

- Reschedule your slot to another Pickle Ticklers Open Play (subject to availability), or
- Transfer your slot to another player.

Please notify the organizers *at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time*.

Same-day, last-minute cancellations (within 3 hours of the event) are considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling.**

🌧️ Inclement Weather

If an Open Play is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, a cancellation notice will be sent **at least 2 hours before the event**. Players may choose between a rescheduled slot or a refund, subject to the circumstances. Please contact an admin for assistance.

🧹 CLAYGO (Clean As You Go)

We practice CLAYGO at every venue.

Please dispose of your own trash, return borrowed equipment, and help keep the courts clean and enjoyable for everyone.
