Rules & Regulations
We will be following standard pickleball rules unless otherwise stated here. If you have queries you may ask in the chat before joining.

Game format
1. Traditional Sideout 11 points.
2. If deuce, win by 2, golden point at 15.
3. Coin flip by host.
4. Winner of coin flip chooses either which side they want to start with or to serve first.
5. Switch sides at 7 points, this will be the only side switch.
6. Out calls are called by the respective teams nearest to the ball.
7. Please do have integrity as there are onlookers.
8. In the event there is a severe dispute, a replay will be called.
9. Please call out score before every service.

Roster Schedule
To maximize fairness, every team will face each team twice for a total of 12 rounds.
Format is as follows:
Game batch 1
R1: Team 1 VS Team 2
R2: Team 3 VS Team 4
R3: Team 1 VS Team 3
R4: Team 2 VS Team 4
R5: Team 1 VS Team 4
R6: Team 2 VS Team 3

15 min break

Game batch 2
R7: Team 3 VS Team 4
R8: Team 1 VS Team 2
R9: Team 1 VS Team 3
R10: Team 2 VS Team 4
R11: Team 2 VS Team 3
R12: Team 1 VS Team 4

This format is fixed to ensure that teams have the same play time and back to back matches as much as possible. Please do not be late, in the event a member is late, I can try to start either game batch 1 or game batch 2 first to accommodate. Rules will be explained so please come earlier.

If you are alone and do not have any fixed partner, you can find them amongst the requested or waitlisted players and PM them to see if they are interested in partnering up.


In the event of rain, games that are played out will be submitted. And monies will be refunded as long as even 1 batch of the schedule was not completed.


Payment:
$5 per player inclusive of ball fees & one complimentary 100 plus drink.

24 hour cancellation freeze
If somehow your partner is injured or unwell, please find a replacement asap.
No Refunds past the freeze period.

Games will start after a brief warmup.
There will however be a warm up court for players to warm up before their match.

Other than that, please bring your own water and whatever personal equipment you need. Please also be responsible for your own belongings.
Host will not be responsible for any damages or losses sustained during this meet.
