💳 PAYMENT FIRST POLICY

- Kindly send a request to join the Open Play session.
- Please wait for your request to be reviewed and added to the “Waitlist”.
- Being on the “Waitlist” does not automatically guarantee a confirmed slot.
- To secure your participation, payment must be made once you are placed on the Waitlist.
- After making your payment, kindly send your proof of payment in the group chat for verification.
- Once your payment has been verified, your name will be moved to the “Confirmed Players List”.
- Slots will be allocated on a “payment-first basis”.
- Players on the Waitlist who complete payment earlier may be prioritized over those who have not yet paid.
- Unpaid slots may be released to Waitlisted players who are ready and willing to pay immediately.
- Failure to settle payment within the specified period may result in forfeiture of your slot.

🏓 Pickleball House Rules
1. Bring Your Own Paddle
- Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles.
- Paddle rentals are available for ₱100 per paddle if needed.
2. Bring Your Own Tumbler
- Players are encouraged to bring their own tumbler or water bottle.
- Free drinking water and ice are available at the court.
3. Scoring System
- All games will be played using an 11-point format.
- No deuce rule applies.
- The first player or team to reach 11 points wins the game.
4. Warm-Up Policy
- Dinking and warm-up rallies are allowed only before your first game.
- After completing your first game, additional warm-up dinking is not permitted before subsequent games.
5. Sportsmanship
- Treat fellow players, opponents, and court facilities with respect at all times.
- Any disputes should be resolved in a friendly, fair, and sportsmanlike manner.
6. Court Rotation
- Players must promptly vacate the court after their game.
- This ensures the next players can start on time and keeps games running smoothly.
