Welcome to Dink & Dine, Dinksters! Get ready to dink, rally, and have fun! Please read our guidelines carefully before booking.

📝 HOW TO SECURE YOUR SLOT

Slots are confirmed on a PAYMENT-FIRST BASIS. Your spot is secured only once payment has been received and verified.

1️⃣ SEND YOUR PAYMENT PROOF
Send a screenshot of your payment in the Reclub Meet Chat so we can properly track the order of payments and avoid missed confirmations.

2️⃣ ATTACH YOUR RECEIPT
Upload or attach your official payment receipt to your Reclub booking slot for verification.

📌 PLEASE NOTE: Avoid sending payment proofs through DM. All payment confirmations must be submitted through the designated Reclub channels to keep the queue organized.

🚶‍♀️ WALK-INS WELCOME!

Walk-ins are welcome only if there are still available slots in the Reclub Meet. We highly recommend booking and paying in advance to secure your spot.

❌ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Need to cancel? Please notify us at least 6 HOURS before your scheduled session.

Early cancellations may qualify for:
• A refund, OR
• Conversion to Open Play credit for a future session

🎟️ Open Play credits are valid for 12 days.

Cancellations made less than 7 hours before the scheduled session may no longer qualify for a refund or credit.
