✅ How to Join
1. Request a slot via Reclub.
2. Wait to be added to the waitlist before sending payment.
3. Once you're on the waitlist, you may send your payment through:

4. Upload your payment receipt in the event chat to confirm your slot.

⏱️ Slots are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis. Being on the waitlist does not reserve your slot until payment has been received and verified.
• Once added to the waitlist, please send your payment as soon as possible to secure your slot.
• Slots are only confirmed after payment has been received and verified.
• Failure to send payment within a reasonable time may result in your slot being offered to the next player on the waitlist.

🏓 Game Flow
• Matches will be generated by PickleQ.
• Three courts will run simultaneously.
• Games start promptly at 6PM.
• First to 11 points wins (No Deuce).

📌 General Reminders
• Please arrive on time, we start as scheduled.
• Bringing +1s is allowed, but they must be listed on Reclub.
• Walk-ins are only allowed if there are available slots.
• If you expect to arrive late, kindly inform the organizers through the event chat. 
• The venue can get warm, so please bring water, a towel, or any cooling gear to stay comfortable.

🏓 Equipment
• Pickleballs will be provided.
• Paddle rentals are available upon request.

🌧️ Weather Policy
• In the event of inclement weather or unsafe playing conditions, organizers will announce any delays, cancellations, or rescheduling through the event chat.
• Any applicable refunds or event credits will be handled accordingly.

❌ Cancellation Policy
• Please cancel at least 6 hours before the session to avoid forfeiture. Refunds may be considered if the cancellation is made within the allowed timeframe.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session are considered paid and are non-refundable.

🤝 Community Guidelines
• Please treat fellow players, organizers, and venue staff with respect at all times.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, repeated disruption, or failure to follow event guidelines may result in removal from the session without refund.

‼️ Additional Notes
• A minimum of 24 players is required for the session to proceed.
• Organizers may adjust game flow, player rotations, and match timings when necessary to ensure fair play and a smooth experience for everyone.
