S24 Oct 24 Saturday OP

S24 🥒 Saturday Open Play

Let's play!
Whether you want to just sweat it out, play competitive games, or meet new players, you're welcome to join!

🙋‍♀️ SLOTS/PAYMENT
Requests will be confirmed ASAP, but we'll require payment 5 days before or we'll move you to the wait list. If there are still open slots, those in the wait list can confirm their slot by sending payment. First to pay will be confirmed first. :)

QRs are provided in the chat.

🪙 CANCELLATION
You can get a refund/credit if it's still within the cancellation period.
24 hours before, cancellation freeze will be in effect. Once in effect, no refund/credit will be allowed, but you can sell your slot. Just inform us who to transfer the slot to - we will update the participants list.

If the venue will cancel the booking (national calamity, maintenance), we will refund. :)

⚖️ PLAY RULES
1. Limit of 15 mins
2. Scoring to 11, no deuce, but you can still sideout if 10 all
3. Queueing is automated - we use picklerlobby. We'll provide the link to games order and standings
4. You can request match-ups, but as much as possible, we'll accommodate near the end of session.

📃DISCLAIMER & WAIVER
