Everyone will be on the waitlist we will add u on the confirm participant once payment has been received.

Cash payment is case to case basis. If your new joiner we need an upfront payment to secure your slot.

Payment is non refundable, and no cancellations or rescheduled allowed, though you can find your own replacement if you cannot attend and inform the organizer respectively.

📢 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations needs to be made atleast 2 days before the scheduled playtime to accommodate you or secure your slot

However, cancellations made within the time frame given will require to pay full payment.
