**The host gets to decide who can join the game.

1. One outdoor pickleball court is available for level 2.5 - 3.0 double play. Matches will use 15 points rally (direct) scoring. If needed, paddies will be available for loans upon request at no cost.

2. Please pay upon acceptance. Unpaid spots will be released to the waitlist. Please upload your payment record to the event chat as a supporting document upon payment.

Participation in this event is voluntary. Insurance is not provided or included. Please purchase insurance based on your needs. The organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue providers are not responsible for any injuries sustained by participants during the event or due to issues with the venue. Please consider your personal health before deciding whether to participate.

Eye Protection👓:
While hollow and lightweight, the ball used in pickleball is a hard polymer and can travel at high speed. The use of proper eye protection is highly recommended for all players.

Weather Policy☔:
In the event of extreme weather conditions, the pickleball venue will be closed, including the 24 hours access venue, with all classes and events cancelled under the following circumstances:
● Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above
● Black Rainstorm Warning

Depending on the traffic and weather conditions, the pickleball venue will generally resume normal services within 2 hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is cancelled.
