📌 PAYMENT & SLOT TRANSFER POLICY 🎾

❌ STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE — All payments made are final.

🔄 SLOT IS TRANSFERRABLE — If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your paid slot to another player, subject to the following conditions:

• Please inform the organizer, Janice T., in advance.
• The replacement player must confirm their attendance before the event.
• The slot may only be transferred once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No refund will be given for cancellations or failure to attend if the slot is not transferred.

🎾🛡️ PICKLEBALL SAFETY RULES 🛡️🎾

For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please observe the following rules:

1. 👟 Wear proper court shoes to avoid slipping and injuries.
2. 🏓 Bring your own paddle and check your equipment before playing.
3. 💧 Stay hydrated and take breaks when needed.
4. 🚶 Watch your surroundings and avoid running into other players or nearby courts.
5. 🗣️ Communicate with your partner to avoid collisions when going for the same ball.
6. 🚫 No diving, pushing, or reckless movements. Play safely and responsibly.
7. ⚠️ Call “BALL!” if a stray ball enters your court, and stop play immediately.
8. 🤝 Respect all players. No arguing, bullying, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
9. 🩹 Report any injury or discomfort to the organizer immediately.
10. ❤️ Follow the organizer’s instructions and prioritize safety over winning.
