Please use the payment channels posted there when settling your Open Play fee.

✍ REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
1. Request a slot: Sign up and join the requested pool.
2. Wait for Approval: Pay the fee only after your status changes to WAITLISTED.
3. Send Payment: Transfer the exact fee to any of our posted payment channels.
4. Confirm your slot: Post your payment screenshot under the payment tab.

⚠️ Payments made beyond the player limit will not secure a slot.

Open Play will generally proceed regardless of weather conditions, and it is the 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 to decide if they can safely attend.

If you are unable to attend (due to weather or any other reason), you may 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁 to another player. Please inform us so we can arrange the player lineup accordingly.

**Please be advised that while the court is a public property, its maintenance and upkeep are being handled by the Tabuk City Tennis Club. As such, the applicable fees are collected to help cover the maintenance and proper management of the facility.
