HOW TO JOIN:

1.) Tap REQUEST TO JOIN to enter the waitlist.
2.) Tap MAKE PAYMENT, select your payment option, and upload your proof of payment.
3.) Only paid participants will be marked as CONFIRMED.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

▪️ If your status is WAITLISTED, it means your payment has not been completed or verified yet.
▪️ Once your payment is completed and verified, your slot will automatically be moved to the CONFIRMED participants list.
▪️ If all slots are already full, you will be placed on the ON HOLD list. If a confirmed player does not show up or a slot becomes available, waitlisted players may be added on the spot.
▪️ Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RESCHEDULABLE within 12 hours before the event. If you can no longer attend, you may find a replacement player to take your slot. Please coordinate directly with your replacement and inform the admins of the change.
▪️ Strictly no cash payments.
▪️ Walk-ins may take their chances if there are available slots on the day and time of the open play.
▪️ Please do not pay if the open play schedule is already full. Otherwise, your payment will be credited to another schedule and will not be refunded.
▪️ Wear proper court shoes and comfortable sportswear.
▪️ Prime Dinkers organizers, venue management, and participants are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illness.
▪️ Participate with care and play responsibly.
