🎾 EVENT CONCEPT
THE FIXED PARTNER EDITION
Unlike our usual random-partner Social Play, each player will have one fixed partner for the entire event.
Partners stay together, while opponents and court assignments rotate throughout the Main Social Play Stage.
THE TWIST:
Your partner stays. Your opponents change.
The goal is to keep the event social and community-focused, while adding a little more team chemistry and competition.

🎮 MAIN SOCIAL PLAY STAGE
Game Format
* Race to 11
* Fixed partners
* 5 games target per pair
* PickleQ scoring
* PickleQ-based rotation
* Different opponents throughout the session
* Results recorded as WIN / LOSS only
There will be 3 courts running throughout the event.
The goal is for each pair to play approximately 5 games during the Main Social Play Stage.
Because game lengths can vary, the exact number of games may differ slightly depending on the queue and event flow.

PickleQ will be used to manage:
* Court assignments
* Queue
* Matchups
* Rotation
* Scores
* Win/loss records
The priority is to keep all 3 courts active and maintain a smooth rotation throughout the night.

🏆 MAIN STAGE STANDINGS
After the Main Social Play Stage, pairs will be ranked based ONLY on their WIN/LOSS RECORD.
No point differential.
No total points.
No additional scoring system.
Wins and losses are the only standings criteria.

After the Main Social Play Stage, the Top 4 pairs will advance to the playoff stage.

⚖️ TIE RULE
Because standings are based only on wins and losses, ties may occur.
If a tie does NOT affect Top 4 qualification:
No tiebreaker is required.
If multiple pairs have the same record and all of them still qualify for the Top 4, their semifinal seeding can be determined by random draw.
Example:
A — 5–0
B — 5–0
C — 5–0
D — 4–1
All three undefeated pairs qualify, so no tiebreaker is needed.
A random draw determines their semifinal seeding.

If a tie DOES affect Top 4 qualification:
A Race to 11 tiebreaker will be played between the tied pairs.
Example:
A — 5–0
B — 5–0
C — 4–1
D — 4–1
E — 4–1
Only two of C/D/E can enter the Top 4.
Therefore, the tied pairs must play tiebreaker games until the necessary Top 4 spots are determined.
Only ties that affect Top 4 qualification require a tiebreaker.
This prevents unnecessary additional games and keeps the event moving.

This is not meant to replace TWST Social Play with a serious tournament format.
The main goal remains:
COMMUNITY + SOCIAL PLAY + FUN
The fixed-partner format simply adds a new twist.
Players get to:
Play with their chosen partner
→ Meet different opponents
→ Rotate across 3 courts
→ Build team chemistry
→ Compete for a Top 4 spot
→ Finish with a playoff
So Vol. 4 remains a Social Play, but with a more competitive ending.
