🏓 LADIES’ 1+1 DRILL TRAINING & SOCIAL PLAY 💕

Join us for a two-part ladies’ session combining structured skills training + enjoyable social play! 💪

🏸 SESSION 1: GUIDED DRILL TRAINING
⏰ 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (1 hour)
🏟️ 2 courts | 👥 4 players per court

Training Programme
The coach will lead the session and select the drills based on the group’s needs.

Drills may include:
• Drive
• Drop
• Backhand
• Dink

Each drill will be allocated time according to the training focus and players’ needs.

🎾 SESSION 2: SOCIAL PLAY
⏰ 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (1 hour)
🏟️ 1 court | 👥 8 players

Enjoy friendly games, practise your new skills, meet new friends and have fun on the court! 💕

💰 FEE: RM20 PER PLAYER
👥 Minimum 8 players required to proceed

✅ Suitable for beginners and intermediate players who can already participate in a social game. Participants should be able to serve, return serves, rally and understand basic game rules and scoring.
