⚙️ GAME FORMAT & ROTATION

* ✊ Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine the first serve
* 🔄 Powered by DinkPro
* 🚫 No fixed pairing; partners and opponents rotate throughout play
* 🎯 Race to 11, no-ad scoring; at 10–10, sudden death

🏃 WARM-UP RULE

Warm-up is allowed only before your first game. Once everyone on the court has completed at least one game, proceed directly to Rock, Paper, Scissors to determine the first serve. No additional warm-up is allowed.

📌 CANCELLATION & SLOT TRANSFER POLICY

* All payments are final and non-refundable.
* If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player.
* Finding a replacement is the participant’s responsibility.
* Inform the organizer as early as possible if you need to cancel so your slot can be offered to another player.
* For any slot transfer, notify the organizer of the replacement player as soon as possible.
