This gathering is a great opportunity for players, hosts, ambassadors, coaches, and members to spend quality time together, enjoy some friendly games, and get to know each other before or after the mini-tournament.

Whether you’re an player, host, ambassador, coach, or supporter, everyone is welcome to join us for an enjoyable night filled with pickleball, conversations, and great company.

* Enjoy fun team games and friendly matches
* Group photos and content creation
* Share experiences and build stronger friendships within the QFY community

Mini-tournament Format :
1.Every participating team gets 3 tokens upon check‑in.
2.For every match played, each players must place 1 token into the court pool.
3.Winning team takes the losing team’s token from the pool.
4.Tokens are collected and kept by the winning team.
* Doubles (2 players per team)
* Players decide first to 5 or 7 points wins the game (NO deuce)
* 3hours duration
⚠️The person with the highest total number of tokens will be champion.⚠️
⚠️Limited to 100 participants only ⚠️
⚠️Players can negotiate how many tokens per game.(all-in allowed)⚠️
⚠️No fixed bracket⚠️

​*Complimentary alcoholic drinks (Whisky) are only for participants aged 21 years old and above. No alcohol will be served to minors.
​*Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly.
​*The organizer shall NOT be liable for any injury, accident, harm, loss or damage caused by excessive alcohol consumption, intoxication, or alcohol‑related behavior during or after the event.
​*Do not operate any vehicle after consuming alcohol. Please arrange safe transportation home.

Participation & Safety🛟
​*All participants take full responsibility for their own physical condition and safety while playing pickleball.
​*The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, sprain, fall or any physical harm sustained during pickleball play, tournament or event activities, unless caused by gross negligence of the organizer.
​*Participants are advised to wear proper sports attire and sports shoes for pickleball activities.

Ticket & Refund Policy🎟️
​*Tickets are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
​*No partial refund will be given for no‑show, late arrival or early departure.
​*Ticket holders must present valid check‑in confirmation upon arrival.

Behavior & House Rules🎗️
​*Disorderly, aggressive or intoxicated behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
​*No outside alcohol is permitted inside the event venue.
​

Photography & Media📷
​*By attending this event, you grant permission for the organizer to take photos/videos of you for event promotional purposes. If you wish to opt‑out, please inform event staff on‑site.

General❗
​*The organizer reserves the right to amend the event programme, schedule or terms without prior notice.
​*All matters not covered in these terms shall be decided at the sole discretion of the organizer.
