👥 Open to players of appropriate skill levels
🎾 Games will be organized to maximize playing time and player rotation

💰 Payment is required to secure your slot - GCASH QR is sent in the chat box

🚨 IMPORTANT: SLOT RESERVATION & WAITLIST

PLEASE READ BEFORE REQUESTING A SLOT.

🔴 Everyone who requests a slot will initially be moved to the WAITLISTED area.

Your slot is NOT considered confirmed until payment has been received.

✅ Once payment is made, your slot will be confirmed and moved from WAITLISTED to CONFIRMED.

💵 Cash payment is also accepted.
If you prefer to pay cash, please message in the GC so the organizers can note and confirm your reservation.

⚠️ CANCELLATION / DROPPING OUT POLICY

Once a participant has paid and secured a slot, the slot is considered reserved.

❌ Dropping out less than 24 hours before the open play is not allowed once the participant has paid for the slot.
🔄 If you need to cancel, please inform the organizers at least 24 hours before the scheduled open play.
🎟️ If a slot becomes available, it may be offered to a player on the waitlist.

Please only request a slot if you are sure you can attend.
