Key Points to note :-

1. Social Play Systems
a) 3 courts (#9, 10 & 11) are available for open play. The organisers reserved the rights to allocate courts to ensure balanced skills level for optimum enjoyment.
b) Paddle stacking system in-force. The organisers reserved the rights to adjust paddle stacks to ensure smooth & efficient rotation with balanced skills level for optimum enjoyment.
c) Game scoring is based on “Race to 15pts rally system” but the organisers reserved the rights to apply other scoring methods depending on play time demand vs supply situation.

2. Payment Method
a) Payment via TnG DuitNow or QR Code transfer - please refer to payment details in the Payment Tab.
b) Copy & paste the Payment Note from the Payment Tab onto your Payment Details section.
c) Take screenshot of your payment slip to upload via the Payment Tab to secure booking.

3. Play Slot Confirmation
a) Payment is due when request is made. Only request accompanied by proof of payment uploaded via the payment tab would be confirmed for play.
b) Play slot reservation is based on first pay first secure basis, so players are advised to pay as soon as possible to avoid last minute scramble for the limited slot.

4. Refund Policy
a) No refund will be entertained.
b) Rescheduling may be allowed provided request is made within the stipulated cancellation window.
c) Maximum rescheduling period allowed is 4 weeks from the original date.
