Before We Hit the Courts

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, warm up, and get ready for the first game.

Introduce yourself to your fellow players—new friendships can start with a simple hello! Call the score clearly, respect the court rotation, and give everyone a fair chance to play.

Encourage your teammates and opponents. We celebrate good rallies, effort, improvement, and good sportsmanship. Most importantly, play safely, respect different skill levels, and look out for one another.

All levels are welcome. If you're still new to pickleball, we simply ask that you familiarize yourself with the basic rules and scoring before game day so everyone can enjoy the playing time.

Game Play 🏓

To keep the games moving and give everyone enough court time:

Games are first to 11 points. No Deuce.
Please announce the score clearly before every serve.
We will be using PicklerLobby to set the matches.
Please leave the court promptly after each game so the next group can play.
Good sportsmanship and respect for players of all levels are expected at all times.
Cancellations & Slot Transfers

Once your slot has been confirmed, payments are non-refundable, including for no-shows.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Please inform the host/admin of the replacement player's name so we can update the official player list.

A transferred slot should not be considered updated until the admin has acknowledged the change.

A Little Reminder 💗
