📲 SLOT POLICY

• Players who pay online will be prioritized to secure their slots.
• If slots remain available on the day of the event, we will accept walk ins and cash payments, provided you have contacted us beforehand and your slot has been confirmed.

• This system helps prevent no shows and gives everyone a fair opportunity to play.

• If a player decides to leave early after getting enough games in, their slot may be offered to players on the waiting list so everyone gets a chance to join.

⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY

• No cancellations or refunds once your slot is confirmed.
• Your slot is transferable to another player. Please inform us in advance so we can update the player list.
• Refund requests may be considered only if the session is fully booked and you were unable to use your confirmed slot. All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the organizers.
