👥 Coach Arianova (Opa) (experienced and certified coach with 20+ years experience)

This class is perfect if you are just starting and still figuring out the basics, or can’t rally consistently yet or struggle to make consistent contact.

We focus on building your game from the ground up, including:
• Proper grip and racket handling
• Basic forehand & backhand technique
• Timing and contact point
• Simple footwork and positioning
• Introduction to rallying

Main goals:
👉 Build a strong foundation from day one
👉 Help you feel comfortable on court
👉 Progress towards sustainable, simple rallies

• Step-by-step coaching (very beginner-friendly)
• High repetition to build muscle memory
• Combination of basic drills & simple game situations
