🔒 SKILLS LAB:

🔒 THE #LOCKEDIN SKILLS LAB

🎯 What you’ll learn

👥 Who it’s for
Beginners to intermediate players who struggle to get from the baseline to the kitchen and want to handle low balls with more control.

🔁 Book Fundamental Drills right after
Skills Lab teaches you the shot. Fundamental Drills is where you make it stick. It runs straight after this session and focuses on rolls and half volleys, so you can put what you just learned into practice while it’s still fresh. We highly recommend booking both.

🎾 Learn the skill. Then lock it in.
The #LockedIn Skills Lab is a focused 1-hour session that breaks down the technique behind each week’s topic. Understand the how and why before you put it into practice.

Want to take it further? Check out our #LockedIn Series Signature Drills.
