Girls’ Play Night

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
- Register and pay to secure your slot
- Rate: ₱100 per player
- Payment via GCash: 0927 562 6817 (Z*** R***)
- Upload proof of payment on Reclub
- Slots are NOT confirmed until payment is received
- Unpaid reservations 6 hours before start time will be forfeited and given to waitlisted players

2. SCHEDULE & VENUE
- Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (3 hours)
- Venue: 3 Indoor Courts

3. PLAYER LIMIT
- Maximum of 24 players
- Waitlist applies once slots are full

4. SKILL LEVELS
- Open to all levels (Beginner to Advanced)

5. GAME FORMAT
- Games are played to 15 points
- Each player is allowed one (1) +1 only

6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
- Cancel at least 6 hours before start time → eligible for refund or credit
- Late cancellation or no-show → payment still required / no refund

7. COURT ETIQUETTE & HOUSE RULES
- Bring proper indoor playing shoes (Shoes worn outside are NOT allowed inside the court)
- No smoking inside the court area (Designated smoking area is outside the court)

8. WHAT TO BRING
- Paddle, water, towel
- Optional: extra shirt or grip
- No paddle? We have extras, just inform us in advance so we can reserve one for you
