All-Levels Open Play

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
• Register to reserve a slot (subject to availability).
• Payment via GCash is allowed ONLY after your slot is confirmed.
• Players on the waitlist or with pending requests must NOT pay yet.
• Rate: ₱100 per player
• GCash: 0927 562 6817 (Z* R***)
• Payment deadline: 10:00 AM on the day of the Open Play.
• Slots are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• Unpaid slots after 10:00 AM will be released to waitlisted players.
• Upload your proof of payment in the GC of the specific Open Play.

2. SCHEDULE & VENUE
• Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (3 hours)
• Venue: 3 Indoor Courts

3. PLAYER LIMIT
• Maximum of 24 players
• Waitlist applies once slots are filled

4. SKILL LEVELS
• Open to all levels (Beginner to Advanced)

5. GAME FORMAT
• Games are played to 15 points
• One (1) +1 per player only

6. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
• Cancel at least 6 hours before start time → eligible for refund or credit
• Late cancellation or no-show → no refund; payment still required

7. COURT ETIQUETTE & HOUSE RULES
• Proper indoor shoes required
(Shoes worn outside are NOT allowed on the court)
• No smoking inside the court area
(Designated smoking area is outside)

8. WHAT TO BRING
• Paddle, water, towel
• Optional: extra shirt or grip
• Need a paddle? Limited extras are available—please inform us in advance
