IMPORTANT INFORMATION — PLEASE READ BEFORE JOINING!

Pickleball DUPR Session (2.6 and above)

⭕Court A5 & A6⭕

👕Attire & Equipment:
• Proper sports attire and court shoes required
• Stay hydrated, stretch, and warm up before play
• Bring your own paddle
• Ball provided - Rae.X Pro Series (USAPA Approved)

🎯 Session Format:
• 7 players round robin
(Matches auto-generated by the system)
• Duration: 2 hours
• 6 - 7 rounds per player
• Matches played to 15 rally points
• Sudden death at 14–14 (No deuce)
• Players are responsible for making their own line calls
• Host reserves the right to cancel unplayed matches if time runs out

⏰ Session Timing:
Games will begin after a 3-minute warm-up for the first 2 groups only. Thereafter, all courts will proceed directly into match play with no additional warm-up time.

As this is a DUPR session, please arrive on time.
No-shows will be blacklisted from future sessions.

📊 DUPR Submission:
• All match results will be submitted to DUPR
• Please ensure scores are reported accurately

⚠️ Important:
Your DUPR account must be linked to your Reclub profile for results to be submitted successfully.

✅ How to Join:
1. Click “Request to Join” to enter the waitlist
2. Once waitlisted: Make payment, indicate your Reclub name and session date, then upload your payment screenshot under the “Payment” tab.
3. Advance payment is required to secure your slot.
4. Your slot is secured once payment is received.

The host reserves the sole discretion to remove players from the waitlist or confirmed list, and allocate slot to others if payment is not made within the stated deadline.

⛔ Cancellation & Replacement Policy:
Once the cancellation freeze period begins, no refunds will be issued.

Players may arrange their own replacement if unable to attend. Payment arrangements should be settled directly between the original player and replacement.
Please inform the host once a replacement has been arranged.

This helps keep sessions full, maintain fair match schedules, and give waitlisted players enough time to join.

📝Indemnity Agreement:
By participating in this pickleball session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that pickleball involves physical activity and inherent risks, including injury, property damage, or other losses, and voluntarily accept these risks.

2. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser, officers, employees, affiliates, club, and venue from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation.

3. Health Declaration
You confirm you are physically fit to participate and have no conditions that would prevent safe play.

4. Compliance
You agree to follow all event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines.

5. Media Consent
You consent to the organiser, club, or venue capturing and sharing photos, videos, and media taken during the session. Media will be used responsibly to celebrate and promote the pickleball community.
