Our Open Play is NOT FOR FIRST-TIMERS, ZERO-KNOWLEDGE PLAYERS, OR PLAYERS WHO HAVE NEVER UNDERGONE PICKLEBALL TRAINING/COACHING.

OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES

1. JOINING THE MEET

Once you request join the meet, you will be WAITLISTED.

2. PAYMENT

Once waitlisted, please proceed with payment via GCash:

3. PROOF OF PAYMENT

After payment, take a screenshot of your GCash transaction and upload it in the ReClub CHAT tab or PAYMENT tab.

Please make sure the following are clearly visible:

* Reference Number
* Date of Payment
* Time of Payment

4. PAYMENT DEADLINE

⏰ Payment deadline is at least 12 hrs before the scheduled open play time.

👉 FIRST TO PAY = FIRST TO BE CONFIRMED.

5. CASH PAYMENTS

You may pay on-site via cash just send a message with the admins. And make sure that you are 100% attending the meet.

Priority will be given to players who pay via GCash.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

❌ NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session to be eligible for consideration.

If you have already paid but can no longer attend, you may:

* Sell/transfer your slot to another player before the Open Play, or
* Use your payment to reserve a slot for an upcoming Open Play.

8. PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA 📸
All photos taken during the Open Play may be posted on the Pekballs Facebook Page.

📌 GAME FORMAT

* First rotation: First Come, First Serve
* No warm up dinking after first game.
* Succeeding rotations: Win–Lose Stacking
* Preferred groups may be accommodated after the regular stacking rotation
* Rotate fairly and avoid monopolizing courts or players
* Be respectful, supportive, and a good sport
* Keep games moving and be ready when it’s your turn
