✅ Registration & Payment

1. Joining the event does not automatically confirm your slot. Join requests are auto-approved while slots are available, but your registration is only confirmed once payment is verified.

2. To secure your slot, upload a clear copy of your payment receipt (with the reference number) in the Event GC.

Please do not send receipts via private message, as it becomes difficult to track which Open Play date the payment is for.

3. Once player capacity is reached, unpaid participants will be moved to the waitlist to give priority to those who have completed payment.

4. If the event becomes overbooked, slots will be given based on the order payment received. We strictly enforce the player limit to ensure fair rotations and minimize waiting time.

5. If you’ve already paid but didn’t make the final list, you may:
Transfer your payment to a future Open Play session, or
Request a full refund.
