2-hour beginner basics class. Learn good foundations to play Pickleball.

This course is designed to help adult beginners develop the foundation, confidence, etiquette, safety habits, and basic strategy needed to play recreational pickleball up to approximately the 2.5 level.
The course follows the Arise Academy teaching philosophy of building self-correcting players through clear instruction, guided repetition, and practical game application. Coaches should use the Arise coaching frameworks of Safety, Fun, Flexibility, E.T.A. — Explain, Try, Assess, and the P.P.S. Protocol — Placement, Power, Spin.
