Welcome to Paddle House Open Play! We’re excited to have you on court. Please take a moment to read the guidelines below.

✅ RESERVE → PAY → CONFIRMED:
Your ReClub reservation is NOT automatically confirmed. To secure your slot, payment must be made first via GCash.

📤 Upload Your Proof of Payment:
After completing your payment, upload your proof of payment directly through the selected OP chat box. ( Payment Download Tab will be available soon )

Paddle House will verify your payment, and your reservation will only be marked CONFIRMED once it has been successfully verified.

⏳ Payment Priority:
First Pay - First Confirmed Basis

💳 Cancellation & Refund Policy:

❌️No Cancellation, No Refund.
✅️Payment must be made in full to confirm your slot.
✅️All payments are final. There are no cancellations and no refunds, for any reason (including weather, schedule conflicts, illness, or no-shows).
✅️If you can't attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Just tell the organizer who is taking your place before the session starts.
The new player takes over your slot and follows all session rules. Any arrangement between you and the replacement is your own.
Slots are transferable only. They cannot be exchanged for credit or carried over to another session.
✅️If the organizer cancels the session (for example, court closure or severe weather), the organizer will decide on a reschedule or credit.

🏓 On the Court:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your session.
Open Play follows our court rotation system.
Be ready when your name is called.
Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes are required.

Play at Your Own Risk
Pickleball is a physical activity, and injuries can happen (sprains, falls, collisions, ball or paddle strikes).
By joining, you confirm you are physically fit to play and take part at your own risk.
The organizer and the venue are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss or damage to personal belongings.
Warm up, wear proper court shoes, and stay hydrated. Stop playing if you feel unwell or hurt.
Follow court rules and play safely and respectfully. Players who put others at risk may be asked to leave without a refund.
You are responsible for your own medical needs and insurance.
