LEVELS Open Play Saturday session

This Open Play session is designed to be a more social and beginner-friendly play environment — perfect for players looking to enjoy games, meet new people, and get court time in.

While this session is open to all levels, please note that:
• Mixed-level games and pairings may happen
• Gameplay may be more casual and community-focused
• This is not intended to be a highly competitive session

If you are a more advanced player, we ask for your patience and sportsmanship as we continue building our Open Play community 💚

SESSION DETAILS
• Duration: 4 hours
• Afternoon session rate:
₱150/person (Non-member)
₱120/person (Member)
2 courts, 20 players (Fast rotation, minimal waiting time)

HOW TO JOIN:
1️⃣ Click Request to Join
2️⃣ Settle payment via Gcash (0927 531 7626 — Kyle Joseph N.)
3️⃣ Once paid, go to Payment tab and click upload Receipt.
4️⃣ Wait for Confirmation of payment- Slot will be confirmed after we receive payment

📋 REMINDERS:
✅ Automated system via Picklr App will be used as queueing
✅ Scores are recorded to determine ranking for the session but will not reflect on Reclub
✅ Please arrive 10–15 minutes before start time
✅ Register at our front desk for verification (if you are on our list of registered players)
✅ No refund policy applies within 6 hours before OP begins or No shows
✅ Surprise Prize to be given to the Top Player

Amenities:
1. Enjoy our mezzanine lounge area and cafe inside the court while waiting for your turn
2. Bathroom with shower is available on the court
3. You may also use our gym while waiting for your turn.

House Rules:

1. Proper Sports Attire — Wear athletic clothing designed for comfort and movement.
2. Food & Drinks — Outside food and drinks are welcome, but please consume them in the mezzanine lounge area. Only water and sports drinks in bottles or covered cups are allowed on the courts and gym to keep the surface clean and safe.
3. Court Conduct — Respect court schedules and player rotations. Play fair, stay kind, and avoid rough play, profanity, or disruptive behavior to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
4. Cleanliness & Care — Mind your belongings and take only what’s yours. Keep the area clean, and throw your trash on the designated trash cans
5. Pets & Kids — No pets are allowed inside the court and gym premises to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Children are welcome but should stay off the courts and gym unless playing or accompanied by an adult.
5. No Smoking or Vaping — Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all.
