$250.00Kick off your week with the community! Join us every Monday this September for 4 hours of social, high-energy pickleball. Whether you're dialing in your third-shot drop or playing your very first match, all skill levels are welcome.
⚡ Early Bird Perk: Guaranteed 6 Games!
Want maximum court time? Arrive early! Players who check in right at 2:00 PM are guaranteed to get at least 6 games in during the session. Don't let late arrival cut into your playtime—get there on time and maximize your reps!
Game Format & Rules
Courts: 2 Courts
Scoring: Up to 11 points (Knockout scoring)
Time Limit: 15-minute cap per match to keep games moving fast
Skill Level: Open to all (Beginners to Advanced)
How the Queue Works
System Queue: Check in upon arrival and add your name to the active queuing system.
Fair Rotation: Games run on a strict 15-minute rotation so everyone gets maximum court time.
Next Up: Keep an eye on the queue board and be ready to step on as soon as a court clears!
🚫 Cancellation & Payment Policy
Refunds & Slot Carry-Over
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event (before 2:00 PM Sunday) are eligible for a full refund.
Late Notice / No-Show: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to notify the admins, your fee will not be refunded, but it will automatically be carried over as a credit for the next Open Play session.
💵 Payment & Waitlist Policy
Pay First to Lock Your Slot: Spots are allocated on a strictly first-paid, first-served basis. Cash payments on the day are not accepted to prevent last-minute no-shows.
Full Event / Waitlist Status: Once the session hits capacity, all unpaid players will automatically be moved to the waitlist to make room for confirmed, paid attendees. Pay early to secure your court time!
