🎯 PLAYER ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS

✅ BEGINNERS ONLY! Players must be classified as Beginner skill level.

✅ PLAYING EXPERIENCE: Must have been playing pickleball for 6 months or less.

✅ DUPR UNRATED: Must have no DUPR rating or be classified as DUPR Unrated.

✅ DUPR RELIABILITY: Players with an existing DUPR rating but with below 80% reliability will be considered UNRATED for this tournament.

✅ TOURNAMENT HISTORY: Players must have no previous tournament experience in the Novice category or higher.

✅ BEGINNER TOURNAMENT EXPERIENCE: Players who have previously competed in Beginner tournaments are allowed, provided they have no previous podium finishes.

🔎 ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION: All registrations are subject to verification and approval by the Tournament Committee.

⚖️ PROTEST & PLAYER REPLACEMENT POLICY

📢 ELIGIBILITY PROTEST: If a protest regarding a player's eligibility is submitted, the Tournament Committee will review and verify the player's eligibility.

🔄 PLAYER REPLACEMENT: Player replacement is permitted only when a registered player becomes unavailable to participate, subject to Tournament Committee approval.

⏳ REPLACEMENT DEADLINE: Any player replacement must be completed and approved BEFORE the team's first game begins.

🚫 NO REPLACEMENT AFTER FIRST GAME: Once the team's first game has started, no player replacement due to an eligibility protest will be allowed.

⚠️ MISDECLARATION: Providing false or misleading information regarding skill level, DUPR rating, playing experience, tournament history, or eligibility may result in IMMEDIATE TEAM DISQUALIFICATION WITHOUT PLAYER REPLACEMENT.

❌ DISQUALIFICATION & NO REFUND: Players or teams found ineligible or violating tournament rules may be disqualified, and registration fees will not be refunded.

⚖️ FINAL DECISION: All eligibility protests, player replacements, and disqualification matters are subject to the Tournament Committee's final decision.
