• First paid, first confirmed
• Players remain waitlisted until payment is verified
• Upload your proof of payment through the designated payment tab or chat
• For multiple players, indicate all player names on the proof of payment

🎾 Game Rules
• Introduce yourself before playing 👋
• Maximum 5-ball warm-up or short dinking during the first game ONLY
• Announce the score before every serve
• Games are up to 11 points only - Sudden death
• Observe proper court rotation and follow the designated stacking system

‼️ Cancellation & Transfer
• Payments are non-refundable
• Slots may be transferred to another player
• Please inform Dinka/the organizer of any player changes
• No-shows are non-refundable

📌 Reminders
• There is a ₱100 fee for players/watchers/companions who will only be watching
• Wear proper court shoes and sportswear
• Keep the courts and facilities clean
• Be respectful, friendly, and welcoming to all players
• Follow organizer/staff instructions and court assignments
• Take care of your personal belongings
• Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the games! 🏓
