To help us organize the games smoothly and efficiently, please follow the steps and guidelines below.

🏓 HOW TO JOIN

1. Request to Join
Once you request to join, you will be placed on the WAITLIST.

Players on the waitlist who complete their payment first will be prioritized for slot confirmation.

2. Pay & Upload Your Receipt
Please send your game fee through:

3. Slot Confirmation
Once your payment has been verified, your slot will be officially CONFIRMED. ✅

To help us properly organize and queue the games, please indicate your playing level in the Message Tab using this format:

Name – Low Intermediate / High Intermediate / Advanced

👉 Please indicate your HONEST SKILL LEVEL so we can create competitive and balanced games for everyone.

🏓 DURING OPEN PLAY

1. CHECK-IN
Upon arrival at Reserve Pickleball Hub, please approach the counter and inform them that you are playing for:

“CPC OPEN PLAY”

Please also state your honest skill level when checking in.

2. QUEUEING
Our open play will be on Courts 1–7

After checking in at the counter, please make sure your name is properly entered into the queueing app before playing.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer/sell your slot to another player who can take your place. Please inform the organizers so we can properly update the list.
