Welcome to our Open Play Session! ❤️

Please read the guidelines below to help us keep every session organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

📅 Session Information

Schedule: Every Sunday
Time: 12:00 PM – 04:00 PM
Player Capacity: Maximum of 24 Players
Format: Round Robin Open Play Rotation
Registration Fee: ₱200 per player

✅ Registration & Slot Confirmation

All players who register through the Reclub app will initially be placed on the Waitlist.

Joining the Waitlist does not reserve or guarantee a slot. A slot is secured only after your payment has been verified and your registration has been confirmed by the organizer.

Slots are assigned strictly on a First Paid, First Confirmed basis.

Your registration will be marked as Confirmed only after:

Your payment has been received.
Your payment has been verified by the organizer.
Your status has been updated to Confirmed in the Reclub app.

The first 24 players with verified payments will receive the available confirmed slots.

Once all 24 confirmed slots have been filled, any additional paid registrations will remain on the Waitlist and will be promoted in the order of verified payment if a confirmed player cancels or forfeits their slot.

⏳ Payment Window

To secure your slot, payment must be completed within 24 hours of joining the Waitlist or no later than 2 days before the Open Play session, whichever comes first.

Failure to complete payment within the required payment window may result in your Waitlist registration being canceled, allowing the next eligible player to register.

📝 Open Play Registration Process

Registration Flow:
Join Reclub → Waitlisted → Pay → Send Payment Receipt → Payment Verification → Confirmed

Step 1

Request to join the Open Play event through the Reclub app.

Your registration status will initially be Waitlisted.

Step 2

Send your registration fee via GCash.

GCash: 0926-651-2686

Registration Fee: ₱200 per player

Step 3

Send a screenshot of your payment receipt in the KISS MY ACE! Messenger Group Chat.

Step 4

After your payment has been verified, your registration status in the Reclub app will be updated to Confirmed.

Confirmation is granted strictly on a First Paid, First Confirmed basis.

Step 5

Arrive on your confirmed schedule and enjoy the games!

📌 Important Notes
- First Paid, First Confirmed policy is strictly enforced.
- All registrations will initially be placed on the Waitlist. Joining the Waitlist does not reserve or guarantee a slot.
- A slot is secured only after your payment has been verified and your registration has been updated to Confirmed by the organizer.
- Payment must be completed within the stated payment window to be eligible for confirmation.
- The first 24 players with verified payments will receive the available confirmed slots.
- Once all confirmed slots have been filled, succeeding paid registrations will remain on the Waitlist and will be promoted in the order of verified payment if a confirmed player cancels or forfeits their slot.
- Only players with a Confirmed status may participate in the Open Play.
- Registration will automatically close once all 24 player slots have been confirmed.

🏓 Open Play Rules
- An automated paddle stacking system will be used to ensure fair and organized court rotation.
- Players are expected to follow the automated paddle stacking order and rotation system at all times.
- Games will rotate continuously to provide fair playing time for everyone.
- Please avoid occupying courts while other players are waiting.
-Encourage and respect players of all skill levels.
-Good sportsmanship, respect, and proper court etiquette are always expected. ❤️

⏰ Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in, warm-up, and court preparation.

⚠️ Waiver

By joining the KISS MY ACE! Pickleball Open Play, you acknowledge that participation is entirely at your own risk.

KISS MY ACE! and its organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of personal belongings that may occur before, during, or after the event.

Participants are encouraged to play responsibly, respect fellow players, and consult a physician before participating if they have any medical or health concerns.
