PAYMENT GUIDELINES
1. Please pay only after you've been moved from Requested to Waitlisted.
2. Invited Participants: Players invited through Reclub may automatically appear on the Participants List after accepting the invitation. To secure your slot, please complete your payment on or before October 11, 2026 at 6:00 PM. If payment is not received by the deadline, you will be moved to the Waitlist, and your slot may be offered to another player.
3. Upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab (please don't send it in the chat).
4. Your slot is confirmed only after your payment has been verified.
5. Please don't send payment if the event is already full unless instructed by the host.
6. No Payment, No Play.

SESSION INFORMATION
• Only confirmed and paid players are eligible to play.
• Strictly no walk-ins. Please make sure you have a confirmed slot before coming to the venue.
• Waitlisted players will be accommodated only if a slot becomes available and payment has been confirmed.
• Open to all skill levels. Expect to rotate and play with players of varying skill levels, including beginners.
• Feel free to approach the host or stacker if you'd like to arrange matches.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Registration freezes 24 hours before the event.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• If you can't make it, you may transfer your slot to another player for the same event. Please inform the host beforehand.

WAIVER & LIABILITY RELEASE
By joining this event, you acknowledge that participation in pickleball involves physical activity and possible risk of injury. You voluntarily participate and release the club and organizers from liability for injury, loss, or damages. You confirm that you are physically fit to play and consent to the use of photos and/or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
