Sign up for the session and wait for the admins to place you on the waitlist.

2. 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝘾𝙀𝙎𝙎
Once waitlisted, please proceed with payment via GCash:

3. 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙁 𝙊𝙁 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏
Take a screenshot of your payment and include your Reclub name.
Upload this in the Reclub Chat tab (visible to all players).
Ensure that the Reference Number, Date, and Time are clearly visible.

4. 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙁𝙄𝙍𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔
Slots are confirmed on a first-to-pay basis.
Players are encouraged to settle payment promptly. Unpaid slots may be released to others.

5. 𝙋𝘼𝙔𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔
• GCash payments only. No cash payments will be accepted.
• Only paid players will be confirmed for the session.

6. 𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 & 𝘾𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀𝙇𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙄𝘾𝙔
• Confirmed players are expected to attend the session.
• No refunds for no-shows, unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior.
• Paid players who cannot attend may:
  – Transfer/sell their slot

• No minimum number of players required. The session will proceed as scheduled regardless of attendance.
• Court bookings will not be canceled even with a low number of players.
• Automated stacking system will be used to manage player rotation efficiently.
• Players will be grouped based on skill level to ensure better match quality and overall playing experience.
